Leadership Through Data Insights for
Disability Services

ABOUT US

Established in 2013, the Ability Roundtable fosters innovation and service improvement in the disability services sector by providing a confidential and trusted platform for disability service providers to benchmark their services across Australia.

The opportunity for participating organisations to uncover and share innovations and service improvements rapidly accelerates efficiency and effectiveness of services, leading to better service outcomes for customers.

The Roundtable is increasingly recognised as one of the key sources of truth regarding the
performance of disability service providers and the impact of government and NDIA policy. We regularly publish White Papers to support the sector and funders to make evidence-based decisions.

OUR PRODUCTS

We currently offer three benchmarking products:

  • Allied Health - which includes more than 10 years of continuous data representing around 20% of the NDIS therapy market.

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) - which includes 5 years of continuous data covering around one third of all SIL participants.

  • Financial and Workforce (across Core Supports, therapy and Support Coordination) - which includes four years of continuous data that provides a direct comparison of your performance against the NDIA Cost Model.

Claire Robbs, CEO, Life Without Barriers

“Working with Ability Roundtable has given us great insight on where to focus our improvements through knowing where we perform well against the sector and where we have room to improve.  We have been very happy with the quality of discussions based on accurate benchmarked data.  While accurate reports do require detailed work on input data, our experience is that to be useful benchmarking must be done in detail to ensure consistency in comparisons.”
